In Boise-area bathrooms, moisture control matters, and hard water makes better-quality fixtures a smarter long-term choice.
Custom Showers, Tubs & Tile Work
The shower is the centerpiece of most bathroom remodels. We build custom walk-in showers with premium tile work, glass enclosures, built-in niches, and low-threshold entries, and we can add custom shower doors tailored to your individual preferences for a stylish finish. Prefer to soak? We install freestanding and drop-in tubs, or convert an old tub into a spacious walk-in shower. Our tile work — on floors, walls, and showers — is installed with clean, precise grout lines that hold up to daily use. Porcelain tile is denser and more durable than ceramic tile, while ceramic tile is generally less expensive and well suited for indoor use. From large-format tile to classic subway and mosaic accents, we help you choose a style that fits your vision and makes your bathroom feel custom.
Accessible & Aging-in-Place Bathrooms
We help Star homeowners create safe, accessible bathrooms that support independent living. Whether you are planning ahead or meeting current accessibility needs, we install:
-
Walk-in bathtubs and curbless, roll-in showers.
-
Grab bars and slip-resistant flooring.
-
Accessible fixtures, comfort-height toilets, and wider, open layouts.
Every accessible bathroom remodel is built to local building codes and designed to look beautiful, not clinical.
Bathroom Layout & Design
A great bathroom remodel starts with a smart layout. We help you make the most of the space — improving flow, adding storage, and choosing fixtures that fit the room. Our custom design and planning is built around your dream, covering everything from tile and paint colors to vanity height, lighting, and finishing touches, so the finished bathroom matches your style, your budget, and brings the space to life. Whether you’re updating for comfort, resale, or a dream bathroom, we plan for both function and style. For accessibility upgrades, barrier-free environments are a key part of ADA-compliant bathroom design, and the space should still look beautiful.
Our Bathroom Remodel Process
Our bathroom remodel process is clear and transparent, so you always know what comes next:
-
Design & planning — we discuss your style, layout, and budget to bring your dream bathroom to life, starting with an in-home visit to plan the space and handle permits. A high-quality exhaust fan with a humidity sensor is essential, and proper ventilation helps prevent mold growth.
-
Free estimate — get a clear, itemized quote with no surprises.
-
Demo & plumbing — we remove the old bathroom and update plumbing as needed. Electric radiant floor heating is a popular bathroom upgrade in cold climates like Idaho.
-
Tile & fixtures — we install tile, vanities, showers, and fixtures with precision.
-
Finishing touches — paint, lighting, hardware, and a final walk-through.

From the first in-home visit for design and planning to the last fixture, we treat your home like our own and stand behind our work — because our goal is a bathroom you love for years. When older galvanized pipes are found, replacing them with PEX or copper can help prevent future leaks. For shower-focused projects, some tub-to-shower conversions can be completed in 1 to 2 days, and we handle permits where required when plumbing or electrical changes are part of the remodel.
